Whatever switch happened between the material and quality of the last hat I bought from them years ago to this one was fairly disappointing. The front doesn’t hold shape at all

I've been trying get a response back from someone at your store regarding my purchase. I was under the understanding that the hat I was purchasing was a structured snapback. The one I received is unstructured in Grey. I sent my order number in a reply email and never received a response about possibly switching the hat shipped to me for the one I desired. I ordered three flat bill hats! The black one with the yellow UP logo and the black and orange one! Those two are amazing! Made well and look great! The third flat bill hat was grey with a grey and black logo! It’s really thin material and super small! I was under the assumption that it was the same hat style as the others! Shipping was super prompt! I’ve ordered from them before and it has always been fast and what is advertised on the site! I’m not a complainer so overall I would still order from them for sure!
